Baking & Cake Policies

Our return and refund guidelines for all custom cakes, ingredients, and tools.

For baking equipment and unopened ingredients, you may request a return within 14 days. All returned items must remain in their original, unused, and pristine packaging.

To initiate a return, please notify our pastry team by email with your order details and receipt.

Email usRefunds for eligible equipment and ingredients are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned package. Funds will be returned to your original payment method, excluding any shipping fees.

Cake Policies

Our bespoke custom celebration cakes are baked to order:

Unused tools

  • 7d limit

  • Non-Returnable Items:

Perishable baking ingredients, flowers, and opened goods.

  • Digital recipes, PDF guides, and online classes.

  • Custom wedding cakes once delivered or picked up.

  • Bespoke cake toppers, stencils, or edible prints.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet freshness, hygiene, or bespoke criteria.

Ship

You pay shipping costs to return equipment. Send eligible physical items back to our shop address:

We recommend trackable shipping for valuable baking tools. We cannot issue refunds for items damaged or lost during transit back to us, and require proof of return delivery before finalizing credit.

Gift

If an equipment item was marked as a gift, you will receive a digital bakery store credit for its value. Once we receive and verify the returned item, a credit voucher will be emailed to your inbox.

If the order was not marked as a gift, any eligible refund will be processed back to the original gift purchaser's payment method.
